Alar Staffing Corp. is a financially stable, debt-free company that was founded in 1989 by Patricia Cinkle.  Pati lost her job working for a real estate developer in the recession of 1989.  She was a young, single mother and finding a quality, stable job was imperative.  She applied at several employment agencies, and became disillusioned with their process.  She knew things could be done differently, and this led to her forming her own business.  She made a commitment to always care about people first and never compromise integrity. With that approach, she quickly gained the loyalty of her customers and her employees. For the first 10 years, 100% of her new business came from referrals. Now, after 20 years of service, Alar Staffing Corp. continues to be a different type of agency and has earned the trust of choice clients and thousands of employees in Southern California.
