Alar Staffing Corp. is a financially stable, debt-free company that was founded in 1989 by Patricia Cinkle.  Pati lost her job working in the recession of 1989.  She was a young, single mother and her only goal, at the time, was to find a stable job with a good company.  However, after applying at several employment agencies, she became disillusioned with their process.  She knew there was a need for better service, and set out to do things differently.  Armed with only her integrity, administrative talent, and passion, she quickly gained the loyalty of a few big-name clients.  For the first 10 years, 100% of her new business came from referrals. Now, after 20 years of service, Alar Staffing Corp. has grown into a nationwide business and continues to set the bar and earn the trust of those we serve.
