- Legal Status Guarantee - If any of our employees fail to pass your work authorization screening process, we will absorb the cost of training a replacement for up to 30 days.
- Criminal Background Guarantee - If there is an incident related to violence, theft, or drugs at your worksite involving one of our employees and their background check shows a history of this behavior, we will pay for the cost of training a replacement for up to 30 days.
